Advent and Christmas with Pathfinder Church and the Northstowe Church Network

Click here to let us know you are coming to Longest Night Campfire compline, Scratch Navity, Midnight Campfire communion, or Christmas Day's Breakfast Celebration! There is always space for a few extras, but an idea of numbers really helps us order in enough resources, food, and drinks.
No need to book for Beer and Carols - just turn up and sing!

You are welcome and invited to join us as we share in community partnerships and special events with those of all religious and non religious beliefs in the #NorthstoweWinterFestival, as well as at our celebrations and worship gatherings where we explore the Christmas Story and prepare to welcome Jesus, the Light of The World

Little Explorers' Christmas Party

Little Explorers, big siblings, and ‘graduates’ are all invited to our Christmas Party,  To help us retell the Christmas story, we’d love you to wear a simple nativity costume - perhaps come in blue, or pop a tea towel or a paper crown on your head. Or just wear something festive!
As normal at Little Explorers, we'll be starting with a drop in breakfast, before using our Circle Time to sing and tell the Christmas Story. Our freeflow activities include decorating paper bag lanterns to help Light Up Longest Night, star making, Nativity Scene biscuit decorating, and Father Christmas themed messy play. We'll also play parachute games with snowballs, and enjoy plenty of singing... and our signature Jammie Dodger biscuits!

Where: this is in The Cabin, the temporary Community Centre on The Green, rather than our normal venue in the primary school.

When: Thursday 21st December. 9.15-10.45am

RSVP: If you can let us know if you are planning to come (and what ages the children are), it will help ensure we get enough breakfast ready! contact@northstowe.church

Campfire Compline on Longest Night

with those who wake, or watch, or weep this night,

sustain the dying, calm the suffering,
and pity the distressed;
all for your love’s sake,
O Christ our Redeemer.
